Cases of Expert Diagnosis Data system

One sample case of finding rolling bearing defects

In one sewage plant, the technician found the acceleration value of #13 heating circulating pump is abnormal, the gSE value is also large than normal, system diagnosis that there were defects on pump rolling bearings.

1. Finding #13 pump, 4h point acceleration value abnormal.

2. By comparing 2h point and 4h point, finding 4h vibration was extremely large, 2h was OK, basically diagnosis that defects were coming from gear box or bearing.

3. Determine the origin of defect comes from rolling bearing, by data envelopment analysis.
